    Reporting to: CEO of YNR
    Type of Contract: Permanent, Full Time Role with a 6 months probationary period
    Number of Hours: 28 hours per week
    Location: Predominantly at The Bullawn, New Ross, Co. Wexford, Y34 YH26
    Salary Scale: €44,839 - €52,000 (6 point pay scale) pro-rata for 28 hours per week.
    Salary Starting point: Starting on Point 1 unless with extraordiary experience/expertise
    Annual Leave: 20 Days
    Other Benefits: Paid Sick Leave, Paid Maternity Leave and other attractive family friendly leave
    Essentials to be considered for this role:
    • a minimum Level 7 recognised qualification in Youth Work or comparable
    • experience in funding application & budgetary management
    • a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience planning and leading a project
    • a minimum of 3 years' experience working directly with/for young people
    • experience in recording data, measuring outcomes and evaluating impact
    • experience in responsibility for child safeguarding practices and related risk management
    • experience in organising and delivering youth activities and outings

    Junior Accounts Administrator (Part-Time Considered)

    We are looking for a Junior Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. This is an
    entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to start a career in finance or accounting. Full
    training will be provided.

    Part-time hours are available, with flexibility around working days and hours.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Purchase invoice entry and reconciliation
    • Supplier statements
    • Assisting with purchase and sales invoice processing
    • Handling finance-related emails and general administrative duties
    • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
    • Timesheet reconciliation

    About You:
    • Good attention to detail and numerical skills
    • Good IT skills and proficiency in Office 365 and Sage
    • Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team

    Desirable (not essential):
    • Previous office, admin, or accounts experience
    • Interest in finance or accounting as a career
    • Studying or planning to study AAT or similar
