  S.t Joseph's Community Centre si seeking an energetic, forward-thinking and dynamic individual to take on the role of Community Services Manager.
  The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Centre under the direction and support of the Board of Directors, overseeing daily operations, engaging with clients and staff, and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to the community.
  This role requires experience in community centre operations, community development, fundraising, grant applications, and financial, regulatory, and health &safety compliance. The manager will work closely with the Board to identify new opportunities, support the growth fo social enterprise initiatives,
  and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the Centre. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with diverse community groups
  Requirements include:
  - Management experience
  - Relevant third-level qualification (optional)
  - Strong communication and leadership skills Competent TI skills
  - Experience in financial oversight and funding applications
  - Team and project management experience
  - Knowledge of health & safety practices
