  • Office Administrator / Front of House Receptionist - Duggan Shopfitters

    Location: Ballytramon Business Park, Ardcavan, Co. Wexford

    Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

    Pay Rate: Competitive rate, to be discussed and agreed based on experience and qualifications at interview

    About the Role

    Due to continued growth Duggan Shopfitter Ltd is seeking an organised, professional, and friendly Office Administrator / Front of House Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a key position within the company, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, suppliers, and employees while supporting the day-to-day running of the office. As Duggan Shopfitter Ltd continues to grow, the successful candidate will have excellent opportunities to develop their skills and progress their career. We are committed to promoting from within wherever possible, and this role has the potential to develop into a senior administrative or office management position for the right person.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Managing incoming phone calls and emails

    · Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner

    · General office administration and filing

    · Maintaining company records and databases

    · Assisting with invoicing and accounts administration

    · Ordering office supplies and managing office organisation

    · Supporting management with administrative tasks

    · Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

    Essential Requirements

    · Previous experience in an office administration or receptionist role an advantage but not essential.

    · Excellent spoken and written English

    · Strong communication and customer service skills

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential

    · Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Desirable Requirements

    · Experience using Sage accounting software would be a significant advantage

    · Experience working in a construction, fit-out, or trade-related business is beneficial but not essential
