Offaly have confirmed Eamon Kelly as their new manager. The Tipperary native had been in charge of Kerry leading them to a Christy Ring cup title as well as promotion to division 1B this season. The working group, which included Liam Sheedy, that were appointed to look for the new manager will stay on to help identify a panel, while Sheedy will act as mentor for the season.
