Leinster have confirmed the departure of Coach Matt O'Connor by mutual consent. In a statement O'Connor says their form in the Pro 12 frustrated them adding they set high standards for themselves and for many reasons, they did not achieve those highs throughout the league this campaign. O'Connor led the Blues to a Pro 12 title last season and a Champions cup semi final this season losing after extra time to Toulon. Leo Cullen will takeover on a temporary basis while the province say the search for a permanent replacement is underway.
