A record two point five million Euro prize money will be on offer at the five day Punchestown Festival which begins at the end of next month. Officials have announced increased pools for many of the feature races, with new sponsors in place for both the Gold Cup on the Wednesday and the Champion Hurdle, to be backed by the Racing Post, on the Friday in which Cheltenham hero Jezski is an intended runner.
