Toulon were among the clubs interested in the Carlow man but the flanker says he made his decision based on the standard mix of professional and personal considerations. Adding it was a very difficult decision but, with a World Cup next year and the fact that he believes Leinster can continue to win trophies, he has decided to commit his immediate future to the club.
