under 21 hurlers retain leinster title
The Wexford U21 Hurlers will now face Galway in the All Ireland semi-final on August 26th. That's after they retained their Leinster crown last night. They beat the home team Dublin on a scoreline of 1-20 to 18 points in Parnell Park. Wexford dominated for much of the game, with man-of-the-match Conor McDonald netting the all-important goal to help them seal a 5-point victory. Wexford manager JJ Doyle says the goal in the second half helped them to drive on.
