wexford footballers register first loss
Wexford's Senior Footballers were beaten by DCU last night in the Bord na Mona O'Byrne Cup. It ended 1-8 to 1-3 to the students in St Patrick's park. The match was played in awful conditions with driving rain and strong winds. Jamie Carthy scored Wexford's goal whilst Conor McGraynor raised the student's Green Flag. Former Meath Manager Sean Boylan was in charge of DCU.
