The Citizens' Assembly will hear today from pro-choice and anti-abortion campaigners, during its second session considering the eighth amendment.
This weekend's meeting will focus on the issue of fatal foetal abnormalities, as well as the ethics and legal rights of a foetus. The Assembly is being asked to make recommendations on the future of the eighth amendment to the constitution.
