The union representing secondary school teachers is meeting to consider a proposal aimed at resolving their dispute with the Government.
The union's Central Executive Committee will decide whether to accept or reject a deal put forward. The ASTI's standing committee, which is a smaller leadership grouping, yesterday recommended that the proposals be rejected.
