A total of 26 athletes from across the country have been selected to represent Ireland at the 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games, which take place in Austria next March. Ireland will compete in two winter sports; alpine skiing and floorball, with six alpine skiers and two teams of 10 floorball athletes making up the squad.
