Computer Subjects To Be Added To School Curriculum

The government plans to introduce computer science and coding as a Leaving Cert subject. The move is one of almost 50 actions recommended by a new report into STEM education. 21 of those have been identified as high priority for the Minister - including that teachers be fully qualified in maths and science subjects.
