The government's new legislation on zero hours contracts is flawed, according to Labour.
They say the new rules don't deal with 'if and when' contracts, where people are not guaranteed any work or compensation. Labour say the government's bill means those on 'if and when' contracts won't have access to any of the remedies people on zero hours contracts will benefit from.
