Concerns are being raised about the Trinity Wharf project in Wexford, with sone warning it may now be outdated.
Councillor Leonard Kelly says while the development once had the potential to transform the town, changes since COVID and growing economic uncertainty have reduced its viability.
Kelly believes focus should shift to revitalising the town centre, supporting local businesses, and investing in projects like a new town theatre.
Speaking on Morning Mix earlier he says he hopes Trinity Wharf succeeds, but remains unconvinced.
