Courtown lifeboat called out
Courtown Lifeboat came to the rescue of a speedboat with engine problems yesterday afternoon. The speedboat had earlier launched at Cahore and headed up to Ardamine beach to where it's two occupants planned to water ski. However the vessel got stuck in sand in a moderate south easterly wind from where the lifeboat towed the nineteen foot boat to Courtown Harbour.
