Dail upgrade

A 690,000 euro upgrade to microphones and the voting system in teh Dáil chamber is to take place this summer. TDs will begin their summer holidays next Thursday and won't return to the chamber until September 27th. But Oireachtas committees - include the one that's helping to prepare October's budget - have been told to cut their holidays short and return to work by September 3rd.
