Dunbrody House in Arthurstown South Wexford has been sold to an American buyer.

Celebrity Chef Kevin Dundon and his wife Catherine sold the property in two lots. The private residence on the estate sold for 2.15 million euro, while the hotel was purchased for 2.9 million The Dundon's continue to run the business while leasing the residential property from the new owners.
