Enniscorthy preparing for 1798 battle re-enactment

Enniscorthy will be in flames again at the weekend for the re-enactment of the 1798 Battle in the town. The first battle will take place at Market Square on Saturday at 1pm. The second re-enactment battle will be held on Sunday at 2pm on Vinegar Hill. The battles will involve Redcoats and Rebels and special re-enactors are coming from aborad to relive the events.
