Fianna Fail about to embark on a mission to ratify the new programme for government with a postal vote by party members

There is some  disquiet in the party about the deal struck with Fine Gael and the Greens Mental Health spokesperson for Fianna Fail James Brown TD says it is the right thing to do to back it, as he appeals to party members to do so
