Early Childhood Ireland is welcoming reports that new parents are set to get two weeks extra paid leave each.
The Irish Independent says new mothers and fathers will be given the extra time as part of Budget 2019. It's believed it will have to be taken within the first year of a child's life and will be around 240 euro a week.
