Greece to submit fresh list of reforms

Greece has agreed to submit a fresh list of reforms 'within days' to lenders, amid signs that its government could face a possible bankruptcy by April. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tspiras held long talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and senior EU figures at the end of the first day of an EU leaders summit in Brussels. Tsipras will now go to Berlin on Monday for talks with Chancellor Merkel.
