Ireland not heading for another bubble - english

We're not heading into another property bubble, according to the Junior Minister for Housing.

Damien English expects around 19,000 houses to be built this year - and says as supply increases prices will level out. It follows CSO figures that suggest an 11 per cent increase in the cost of homes - with an almost 20 per cent rise in prices in the west. But Minister of State Damien English doesn't think we will return to the bad days.
