Authorities in Belgium says the killing of three people there yesterday was an Islamic State inspired terrorist attack.
The country's federal magistrate says the attacker had been in touch with radicals since 2016 and shouted "God is great" in Arabic during the shooting in Liege. He's also suspected of another killing on Monday night. Investigators are now looking into whether he acted alone.
