Man dies after being stabbed in carlow
A 46 year-old man has died after being stabbed in Carlow. A man in his 20's is being questioned by Gardai after the incident at a house on Frederick Avenue in the town. He's being held under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act. Gardai were called to the house at half past one this afternoon and discovered a man seriously injured. He was later pronounced dead. The area has been preserved for a technical examination and the State Pathologist has been notified.
