A local Wexford film has just been announced as winner of the Best Foreign Film at the Los Angles International Film Festival "Staid" written produced and directed by Wexford man Paul OBrien was shortlisted for the award and declared winner in Los Angeles in the past few hours It is set in Wexford town with local actors and production personnel and runs to one a half hours Staid tells the story of four young people who are stuck in a rut in life
