National Patient Survey Begins Today

The first ever National Patient Experience Survey begins in hospitals today.

All adults who are discharged from acute hospitals during May will be asked to complete the survey, to give feedback about their stay. It covers subjects like staff, food, care and treatment, in a bid to improve services nationwide.
