New laws on mediation could affect domestic abuse cases

There's a warning new laws on mediation could pressurise victims of domestic abuse to deal with their partners.

The government's bill aims to get more people to solve civil disputes out of the courtroom. It excludes domestic violence cases but Women's Aid is warning victims may, in reality, be dragged in to the process.
