A new €35 million expansion to Wexford Creamery was officially opened yesterday.
The expansion will allow more production of the famous Wexford cheddar cheese. Yesterday Glanbia also announced a €160 million capital investment to its plant milk processing plant in Belview in South Kilkenny. The Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed speaking at the Wexford opening said the dairy industry was one of the key success stories of Ireland.
