Nicola Sturgeon Addresses Seanad Eireann

Scotland's first minister has become the first serving head of a foreign government to address the Seanad. Nicola Sturgeon called on the two countries to work more closely together - and spoke about their two links. She closed her speech with a quote from a Seamus Heaney poem, written about Ireland's EU presidency as it welcomed new member states.
