NO CAUSE FOUND FOR NEW YORK BLAST Police in New York have found a second possible device, after an explosion that injured dozens of people overnight. Authorities say the explosion in the busy Manhattan neighbourhood of Chelsea was intentional. They're still trying to work out the cause - but say there's nothing linking it to terrorism at this stage. New York Fire Commissioner Dan Nigro says 29 people are injured - one seriously.
