People Honoured At Awards Ceremony

People from across the country have been recognised for their achievements and bravery.

Among the recipients at the Rehab People of the Year Awards last night was Davitt Walsh, who rescued baby Rioghnach-Ann McGrotty in the Buncrana tragedy. While paddleboarder Alan Herdman - who saved eight young children from drowning in Galway in July - received a Young Person of the Year Award.
