Possible sighting of missing 3 year old

Police in Scotland are investigating a possible sighting of a boy matching the description of missing Mikaeel Kular in Edinburgh. They've had reports of a small child on his own running along a pavement at around half past 8 yesterday morning. Hundreds of volunteers are helping to comb for clues as to his whereabouts.
