Record numbers visit hook lighthouse

Almost one hundred and ten thousand visitors came to Hook Lighthouse in the first six months of this year

This is a record number for the County Wexford attraction on the Hook Peninsula Thirty five per cent of the visitors were international with the remaining sixty five per cent coming from different parts of Ireland The figure represents a seven per cent growth in foreign visitors coming to the centuries old lighthouse
