Reform alliance to hold convention
The Reform Alliance, which is made up of seven former Fine Gael TDs, is due to hold a conference at the end of January. It's reported the meeting is being held to guage the appetite for a new party. However, one of the Alliance members, Wicklow TD Billy Timmins, says it is to discuss a "number of issues". The meeting is expected to be be held on January 25th at the RDS in Dublin.
