Retail complex including old cineplex sold to new ownership

The retail complex on Redmond Road in Wexford has been sold.

It contains the disused Cineplex along with a number of retail units and a large car park. The property had been on the market for the past six months and has been sold to a private interest. Speculation is the centre may reopen with a different configuration of outlets under new ownership.
