The trial of a woman accused of dangerous driving causing the deaths of four of her friends has heard the NCT disc on her car was invalid at the time of the crash.
Dayna Kearney from Crossneen, Co. Carlow denies the charge and has also pleaded NOT guilty to driving a defective vehicle.
