Russia vetoes u.n. crimea resolution
Russia has vetoed a UN security council draft resolution to declare the Crimea referendum invalid. Tensions are running high on the eve of the planned vote- on whether the Crimea region of Ukraine should join Russia. Two protestors died and five others were injured in the Ukraian city of Kharkiv last night. Around thirty people were arrested in the clashes between pro Russian and Pro Ukranian activists.
