Russia warns against further sanctions against north korea

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has warned his U.S. counterpart that any new sanctions against North Korea would be dangerous.

Mr Lavrov and Rex Tillerson spoke by phone several hours after President Trump said on Twitter that "talking is not the answer". Moscow is urging all parties to avoid a military solution to the crisis.
