The South East is bracing itself for what has been described as the worst cold snap the country has seen in 36 years.
The so called 'Beast from the East' is expected to bring heavy snow and temperatures as low as -10 degrees. Pat Clarke of Met Eireann says Thursday night in to Friday looks particularly worrying for the South East.
