Two former landmark Wexford pubs are set to go under the hammer in the coming weeks. Heffernan's on South Main Street, which closed in 2021, and Brady's Bar and Lounge in The Faythe, which has been shut for over a decade, are both being auctioned by Sherry Fitzgerald Radford Brady’s Brady's carries a guide price of €225,000 & comes with planning permission for two apartments, while Heffernan's, has a guide price of €250,000 and offers both a licensed bar and extensive residential space. Both auctions will take place online and in Sherry Fitzgerald Radford’s Wexford office. Brady’s auction is set for December 4 and Heffernan's on November 28.
