A health insurance price war could be on the cards - with VHI set to slash its premiums for the second time in three months.
The move is set to benefit older customers the most - with families saving up to 450 euro a year. More than 60 percent of its policies are set to be cheaper from March - putting pressure on rival insurers to follow suit.
