Wexford TD Mick Wallace has denied that he is evading a summons that could see him be barred from acting as a company director.
The liquidator of his company M&J Wallace is looking to disqualify him and his son Sasha from running the company as director. Barrister Stephen Brady claimed that a summons server called to his house 7 times over the past 3 weeks with no reply. Deputy Wallace said yesterday that he has not been hiding and he hasn't received any notice of a summons so far.
