Wallace to consider options following data protection commissioner ruling
Wexford Independant TD Mick Wallace hasn't yet decided whether to take legal action against Alan Shatter after he was found to have broken the law. The Data Protection Commissioner ruled against the Justice Minister, following comments made during a tv interview involving the two men last year. Mr Shatter is said to be considering appealing against the decision. Deputy Wallace says he's also considering his options.
