Water refunds may not be sent before christmas due to delay

One million households who paid their Irish Water bills are due a refund, but it's unlikely all cheques will be sent before Christmas.

The Government had said refunds would issue by the end of the year, but has so far failed to pass the necessary legislation. Yvonne Harris from Irish Water says they're ready to go as soon as that happens.
