Wexford Property transactions slowed down significantly last year Thats according to data from property website MyHome.ie After recording a forty five per cent increase in sales in 2014 this dropped to a four point five per cent increase last year Figures for first quarter of this year indicate that this trend is continuing with transactions down a further fourteen per cent A total of 288 sales were recorded in County Wexford from January to March this year down from 335 in the same period last year However local auctioneers report values have risen particularly in the lower end of the market
