Average house rents in county Wexford have gone up by just under four and a half per cent Thias is according to the latest figures relating ot the first quarter of 2016 The rents which recorded the highest rise in the period are in Gorey which saw an increase of 8.6 per cent The average rent price in the town is 636 euro per month Average rents in Wexford town currently stand at 577 euro while in Enniscorthy they stand at 537 euro The average rent is New Ross is 471 euro an increase of just .8 per cent This figure is the lowest increase in the county. In fact the cost of renting a three bed roomed semi detached in New Ross actually fell in the first three months of this year by 1.4 per cent to 565 euro
