Wexford still in dark with power outages
Up to two thouand homes in county Wexford are still without power following last Wednesdays storms New problems were reported to have developed on the Wexford network last night Repair crews were out around the county all over the weekend but there are pockets of the county where substantial numbers of homes farms and businesses remain without power The worst effected area is the Killinick district in South Wexford where 1,264 customers are without power Other areas where there is no power include Taghmon where 100 customers are in the dark, Ferns 110. Gorey 100, Bunclody 62, Crane 145, Clonrochew 40 New Ross 23 and Wellingtonbridge 16 The ESB expect it will be Thursday at the latest by which time all power will be restored in the county
